About the Role

GKN Automotive is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Quality Manufacturing Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in our transformation journey. The successful candidate will be accountable for process designs within Manufacturing and Quality, ensuring business requirements are met while supporting the overall objectives of the programme and adhering to SAP best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate workshops to provide Manufacturing Processes requirements for the accurate solution design.
  • Analyze and optimize end-to-end Quality-Manufacturing processes, leveraging SAP S/4HANA Quality-Manufacturing functionalities for maximum efficiency.
  • Elicit, document, and manage business requirements to enable the right solution design.
  • Lead efforts to integrate SAP S/4HANA Quality-Manufacturing solutions, ensuring data consistency and optimal end-to-end Quality-Manufacturing operations.
  • Support the training material preparation, review, and approval, and act as a key point of contact for SAP S/4HANA Quality-Manufacturing inquiries.
  • Utilize SAP S/4HANA Quality-Manufacturing analytics tools to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and Quality Master Data, Materials Requirement planning, Production Execution and Quality Management.
  • Technical background and ability to translate functional requirements to technical requirements.
  • Ability to understand the impact of issues on business and identify suitable solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills within the Quality-Manufacturing domain.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage Quality-Manufacturing stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision.
Education and Language Skills

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level. Good English language – both verbal and written.
