Das erwartet Dich bei uns

Als Associate Director Supply Chain Planning (m/w/d) verantwortest Du, zusammen mit Deinem Team, den S&OP Prozess sowie den operativen Einkauf bei New Flag mit dem Ziel die Warenverfügbarkeit unserer Produkte sicher zu stellen. Darüber hinaus bist Du für die richtige Verteilung der Waren an die Landesorganisationen verantwortlich.
Deine Aufgaben im Detail

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung eines Teams
  • Verantwortung für relevante SCM-Kennzahlen (e.g., Forecast Accuracy/Bias/MAPE, Service Level) sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung von geeigneten Maßnahmen
  • Du bist verantwortlich für unsere Warenbestände
  • Du überwachst den S&OP Prozess
  • Der gesamte operativen Einkauf fällt in Deinen Aufgabenbereich
  • Erstellung des Forecasts in Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen
  • Analyse des Forecasts und Ermittlung von Abweichungsgründen sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung der Prognosemodelle
  • Aufbau eines Allokationsprozess für die Landesgesellschaften
Das bringst Du mit
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Logistik / Management / Business Administration / SCM oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Supply Chain
  • Du hast bereits erste Führungserfahrung gesammelt
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Plannungs- und Reporting Tools (Anaplan/ Power BI wäre ein Plus)
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und ein sehr gutes Prozessverständnis
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
