About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Planning Specialist to join our team at Dabster. As a Lead Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in anchoring the engagement effort for assignments, from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage relationships with client personnel, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Process Design and Harmonization: Design, harmonize, and standardize processes across multiple business units and geographies.
  • Requirements Elicitation and Solution Design: Elicit requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and design solutions for Supply Chain Planning processes on Oracle EBS.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Discussions: Lead cross-functional discussions and finalize end-to-end solutions across Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Logistics.
  • Execution and Support: Execute and support functional testing, QA, SIT, User Acceptance Testing, Production Cut-over, and post-production support.
  • Technical Team Guidance: Guide technical teams on development activities, including data mapping for integrations and data conversions, designing and testing extensions and reports.
  • Quality Deliverables: Own quality deliverables for a globally distributed Oracle EBS implementation team, managing and controlling scope of deliverables, tracking deliverables to closure.
  • Review and Analysis: Review solution design, functional specifications, and cross-functional solutions, and work with technical teams to execute performance tests, analyze, and resolve performance issues.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Document process design, solution design, functional specifications, configurations, test scripts, process SOPs, training material, and keep data updated on defect tracking and ALM tools.
Requirements
  • Solution Lead Experience: Proven experience as a solution lead in Oracle EBS R modules - Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, and Inventory modules.
  • Oracle EBS Expertise: Strong functional and application knowledge in Oracle EBS R modules, with experience in leading Oracle ERP-led transformations.
  • Requirements Elicitation and Solution Design: Experience in gathering requirements, designing solutions for high-transaction volumes, and conducting fit-gap analysis.
  • Performance Testing: Strong experience in performance testing of solutions and designing and delivering complex custom solutions in highly integrated applications landscapes.
  • End-to-End Processes: Knowledge of end-to-end processes, including Forecast to Plan, Demand to Deliver, Order to Cash, Procure Pay, and Master Data Management.
  • Integration Experience: Experience in handling integration with external partners/applications, such as Part Catalogs, trading partners - Suppliers & Customers, and EDI in the European region.
  • Oracle Certification: Oracle certification is mandatory, and distribution industry experience is a plus.
  • Client-Facing Communication: Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills, with strong leadership and delivery management background working with offshore teams and third-party application teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PDH/PIM, WMS, Planning Modules: Knowledge of PDH/PIM, WMS, Planning modules will be an added advantage.
  • Oracle Technology Stack: Knowledge of Oracle technology stack and Cloud Web Services, ALM tools (like Panaya, JIRA), and performance testing tools is desired.
