About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Planning Specialist to join our team at Dabster. As a Lead Consultant, you will play a key role in anchoring the engagement effort for assignments, from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage relationships with client personnel, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Process Design and Harmonization: Design, harmonize, and standardize processes across multiple business units and geographies.
  • Requirements Elicitation and Solution Design: Elicit requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and design solutions for Supply Chain Planning processes on Oracle EBS.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Discussions: Lead cross-functional discussions and finalize cross-functional end-to-end solutions across Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Logistics.
  • Execution and Support: Execute and support functional testing, QA, SIT, and User Acceptance Testing, as well as production cut-over and post-production support.
  • Technical Collaboration: Collaborate with technical teams on development activities, such as data mapping for integrations and data conversions, designing and testing extensions and reports.
  • Quality Deliverables: Own quality deliverables for a globally distributed Oracle EBS implementation team, managing and controlling scope of deliverables, tracking deliverables to closure.
  • Review and Analysis: Review solution design, functional specifications, and cross-functional solutions, as well as working with technical teams for executing performance tests, analysis, and resolving performance issues.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Document process design, solution design, functional specifications, configurations, test scripts, process SOPs, training material, and keep data updated on defect tracking and ALM tools.
Requirements
  • Solution Lead Experience: Proven experience as a solution lead with strong functional and application knowledge in Oracle EBS R Modules – Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, and Inventory modules.
  • Oracle EBS Expertise: Strong experience with Oracle EBS capabilities, including led transformations, and well-versed in Oracle EBS R Modules.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, including experience in gathering requirements, designing solutions for high transaction volumes, and good experience of performance testing of solutions.
  • Complex Solution Design: Experience in designing and delivering complex custom solutions in highly integrated applications landscapes.
  • End-to-End Processes: Knowledge of end-to-end processes, including Forecast to Plan, Demand to Deliver, Order to Cash, Procure Pay, and Master Data Management.
  • Integration Experience: Experience in handling integration with external partners/applications, such as Part Catalogs, trading partners – Suppliers & Customers, EDI in European regions.
  • Localization Knowledge: Strong knowledge in Europe Localizations, preferably on Oracle ERP packages.
  • Communication and Leadership: Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills, strong leadership and delivery management background working with offshore teams and third-party application teams.
  • Client Escalations: Managing client escalations in Supply Chain Planning areas.
  • Onsite-Offshore Communication: Onsite-offshore communication and work management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PDH/PIM Knowledge: Knowledge of PDH/PIM, WMS, Planning modules will be an added advantage.
  • Oracle Technology Stack: Knowledge of Oracle Technology stack and Cloud Web Services, ALM tools (like Panaya, JIRA), Performance testing tools is desired.
