Enterprise Relationship Manager

IGEL Technology is seeking an experienced Enterprise Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for managing and growing our global accounts, developing strategic relationships with C-level executives, and driving sales growth through effective account management and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver the IGEL value proposition to customers, demonstrating a deep understanding of our solutions and products.
- Manage customer expectations and contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Use forecasting and pipeline management to drive sales growth and meet targets.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Utilize our Microsoft CRM application to develop and implement professional account management and follow-up procedures.
- Attend local marketing events as appropriate.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives within your accounts.
- Develop a sustained pipeline of accounts through active prospecting, networking, and personal relationships.
- Engage management and subject-matter experts in the sales cycle.
- Present territory plan reviews, weekly forecasting reviews, and quarterly sales reviews to the executive team.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in the field selling software or hardware to enterprise/global customers.
- Strong track record of penetrating and closing new accounts, planning and managing territory resources, and exceeding revenue goals.
- Proven history of sales overachievement, with a demonstrated rolodex of multiple levels of contacts in regional accounts.
- Ability to close complex software and services transactions, with high-level cross-company and partner engagement skills.
- Excellent organization and collaboration skills, with a passion for developing world-class best practices.
- Ability to follow through and meet deadlines, with a strong balance of strategic and tactical skills.
- Experience selling emerging technologies over an extended sales cycle, competing against the status quo or against incumbents.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong ability to find and close new business while expanding existing relationships.
- Highly motivated and capable of working independently.
