Administrator Master Data CRM (m/w/d)
Das machst du bei uns
In deiner Rolle als Administrator Master Data CRM (m/w/d) sorgst du dafür, dass die nötigen Zahlen, Daten und Fakten in unseren Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systemen vorhanden sind und stimmen und unterstützt damit unsere Abteilungen und Kunden im täglichen Geschäft.
- Du pflegst, erfasst und verwaltest verschiedene Daten in CRM Systemen, Listen und Datenbanken, dazu gehören Geschäfts-, Markt- und Kundendaten, KPI und interne Kennzahlen
- Der Austausch von Daten zwischen Systemen, die Dateineingabe, Konsolidierung sowie der regelmäßige Massenupload gehören ebenso wie die kontinuierliche Sicherstellung und Optimierung der Datenqualität zu deinen täglichen Aufgaben
- Systemupdates, neue Anforderungen, Änderungsanfragen oder kleinere Projekte koordinierst du mit internen Stakeholdern und dem globalen CRM Team
- Vorhandene Prozesse und Abläufe versuchst du zu verbessern und achtest auf eine saubere Dokumentation
Das wünschen wir uns von dir
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium
- Erste Erfahrung aus vergleichbaren Tätigkeiten bringst du bestenfalls schon mit
- Die gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen (v.a. Excel) beherrscht du sicher und bist im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen vertraut, vorzugsweise SAP, Gedat, etc.
- Eine sorgfältige, genau Arbeitsweise, prozessorientiertes Arbeiten und gutes Stakeholder-Management runden dein Profil ab
- Du kannst pro Woche um die 20 Stunden arbeiten, bestenfalls verteilt auf 4-5 Tage
- Fließend Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
