Job Title: CRM Administrator

Scalable Capital is a leading digital investment platform in Europe, offering a wide range of financial services to its clients. As a CRM Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our CRM system, providing technical support and administration to our users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive technical support and administration for our CRM system, including user account management, workflow customization, and configuration management.
  • Proactively identify optimization opportunities and implement new features to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments to understand requirements and implement technical solutions.
  • Design and conduct training programs to support employees in effectively utilizing the CRM system.
  • Implement robust data quality monitoring processes and execute measures to maintain data integrity.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest CRM technologies and industry trends, providing recommendations for system improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of 3+ years in implementing and managing CRM systems.
  • Extensive experience in complex Salesforce administration, including proficiency with Marketing Cloud.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced Agile environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and aptitude for quickly adapting to new business requirements and technologies.
  • Exceptional level of diligence and reliability in executing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues across various departments and technical expertise levels.
