Job Title: CRM Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Administrator to join our team at Scalable Capital. As a CRM Administrator, you will be responsible for providing technical support and administration for our CRM system, including user account management, workflow customization, and configuration management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive technical support and administration for our CRM system
  • Proactively identify optimization opportunities and implement new features to enhance system efficiency and user experience
  • Collaborate closely with various departments to understand requirements and implement technical solutions
  • Design and conduct training programs to support employees in effectively utilizing the CRM system
  • Implement robust data quality monitoring processes and execute measures to maintain data integrity
  • Stay up to date on the latest CRM technologies and industry trends, providing recommendations for system improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven track record of 3+ years in implementing and managing CRM systems
  • Extensive experience in complex Salesforce administration, including proficiency with Marketing Cloud
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced Agile environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail and aptitude for quickly adapting to new business requirements and technologies
  • Exceptional level of diligence and reliability in executing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues across various departments and technical expertise levels
