Deine Aufgaben

  • Sicherstellung der Energieabnahme für Erneuerbare-Energien-Projekte mit einer Leistung von mehr als 1 GW pro Jahr, um eine attraktive Projektwirtschaftlichkeit zu ermöglichen und Möglichkeiten für den Verkauf von Projekten an Investoren zu eröffnen
  • Bewertung und Festlegung der optimalen Strategie für die Vermarktung von Energie und Zertifikaten aus neuen erneuerbaren Anlagen in den einzelnen europäischen Ländern
  • Aufbau einer Pipeline von Marktteilnehmern (lokale Versorgungsunternehmen, Unternehmen, etc.)
  • Strukturierung, Anbahnung und Verhandlung von Stromabnahmeverträgen (PPAs) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Uniper-Teams für Anbahnung und Energievertrieb, sofern relevant
  • Koordinierung der Teilnahme an regulatorischen Ausschreibungen für Subventionen (z.B. FiT oder CfD) zusammen mit den Entwickler- und Marktanalyse-Teams
  • Optimale Zusammenarbeit innerhalb des Geschäftsbereichs Erneuerbare Energien, bestehend aus Entwicklern, Ingenieuren, Projekt-, Vertrags- und Abnahme-Managern, Markt- und Strategieanalysten sowie einem Netzwerk von externen Partnern
  • Analyse der relevanten Abnahmemärkte
  • Berichtet an den Head of Energy Offtake (Central & Eastern Europe)

Dein Profil

  • Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Volkswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsrecht oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Handel, (PPA), Vertrieb oder in einer vergleichbaren kaufmännischen Funktion
  • Fachwissen im Bereich erneuerbare Energien mit Erfahrung in kommerziellen Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mit analytischer Denkweise
  • Starkes Netzwerk in der Branche der erneuerbaren Energien
  • Ein gewisses Verständnis des Marktes für erneuerbare Energien mit Schwerpunkt auf regulatorischen Vergütungssystemen sowie der Vermarktung von Wind- und Solar-PV-Anlagen im Versorgungsmaßstab
  • Kreative und aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit mit einem guten Sinn für Humor
  • Ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten in den Bereichen Kommunikation und Stakeholder-Management
  • Nachgewiesene internationale Arbeitserfahrung und Verständnis für kulturelle Unterschiede
  • Hohe Mobilität und Bereitschaft, gelegentlich zu reisen
  • Verhandlungssichere Englisch-, Deutsch- und/oder Ungarischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
  • Wir sind flexibel in Bezug auf den Arbeitsort, idealerweise in Deutschland. Sie können überwiegend von zu Hause aus arbeiten, sind aber bereit, bei Bedarf auch im Büro zu arbeiten
