Ihre Aufgaben

Als Insurance Product Manager bist du verantwortlich für den gesamten Lebenszyklus unserer Versicherungsprodukte. Du nutzt Kundenfeedback, Markttrends und Datenanalysen, um in Zusammenarbeit mit Underwriting, Vertrieb, Cybersicherheit und Versicherungspartnern wettbewerbsfähige Versicherungsprodukte zu gestalten und umzusetzen.

  • Du überwachst die Entwicklung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Versicherungsprodukte. Basierend auf Kunden-, Markt- und Datenanalysen identifizierst du neue Produktideen und Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten.
  • Du entwickelst neue und bestehende Produkt-Roadmaps und koordinierst die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von der Idee bis zum Launch.
  • Gemeinsam mit allen Projektbeteiligten klärst du die Anforderungen für die geschäftliche und technische Umsetzung des Produkts.
  • Als Experte für Versicherungen unterstützt du das Technik-Team und hilfst bei der technischen Konfiguration des Produkts.
  • Du erstellst und pflegst alle produktbezogenen Dokumentationen, die den Verkaufsprozess unterstützen.
  • Du überwachst kontinuierlich die Leistung unserer Produkte, nimmst notwendige Anpassungen vor und identifizierst Möglichkeiten zur Verbesserung und Wachstum.
Ihr Profil
  • Erfahrung: Mindestens zwei Jahre in der Produktentwicklung (Versicherung) oder drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Versicherung (Vertrieb, prozessbezogene Abteilungen oder Beratung).
  • Verständnis der Versicherungsbranche: Umfangreiches Verständnis der Versicherungsbranche, einschließlich Produkte, Prozesse und Workflows, Vorschriften, Underwriting-Richtlinien, Rating-Systeme, Grundlagen der Versicherungsmathematik und Markttrends.
  • Datenanalyse: Starke Kompetenz in der Analyse von Marktdaten, Kundenfeedback und Produktleistungsmetriken zur Gestaltung von Produktentwicklung und -strategie. Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel (Sheets), Tableau, Looker usw. zur Analyse von Marktdaten und Produktleistung.
  • Projektmanagement: Kompetenz in der Planung, Organisation, Analyse und Entscheidungsfindung sowie in der Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu überwachen und rechtzeitig fertigzustellen. Kenntnisse in Produktmanagement Tools wie Jira, Asana usw.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch.
