Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von innovativen Produktkonzepten und Versicherungsstrategien
  • Durchführung von systematischen Markt- und Bedarfsanalysen sowie Erstellung von Business Cases zur Unterstützung von Produktentscheidungen
  • Konzeptionierung neuer Versicherungstarife und -produkte sowie Optimierung bestehender Produkte
  • Ausarbeitung und Verhandlung von Versicherungsbedingungen mit Versicherern
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und Versicherungsrichtlinien
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Produktroadmaps sowie Überwachung der Produktperformance
  • Implementierung, Automatisierung und Optimierung von Methoden
  • Interpretation, Visualisierung und Kommunikation von Ergebnissen an verschiedene Interessengruppen (z.B. Management, Product Owner oder Fachexperten)
  • Proaktive Unterstützung beim Ausbau unseres Netzwerkes mit Unternehmen aus der Versicherungswirtschaft
  • Leitung und Koordination von interdisziplinären Projektteams zur Produktentwicklung und -optimierung
Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Versicherungswesen, (Wirtschafts-)Mathematik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem ähnlichen Fachgebiet
  • Expertenwissen im Produktmanagement eines Versicherers, Finanzdienstleisters oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der versicherungsrechtlichen Gesetze und Richtlinien wie VAG, VVG und IDD erforderlich
  • Erste Berufspraxis im aktuariellen Umfeld einer Sachversicherung wünschenswert
  • Vertiefte Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung in der Versicherungsmathematik und Sachversicherung sowie der Datenmodellierung und -analyse
  • Unternehmerisches sowie lösungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln
  • Sehr gutes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Souveränes und überzeugendes Auftreten sowie zielgruppenorientierte Kommunikation
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten und interdisziplinären Teams
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
