We are seeking a talented ServiceNow Consultant to join our growing team in Germany.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, and ITOM to design, configure, and implement innovative solutions for our clients. You will work closely with customers to understand their unique needs and challenges, translating them into effective ServiceNow implementations that streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer requirements and develop tailored solution concepts.
  • Configure and implement ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, and ITOM solutions adhering to best practices.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to introduce customers to the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Support pre-sales activities by contributing to proposal development and enhancing business solutions.
  • Seamlessly integrate ServiceNow solutions into existing IT processes and systems within our clients' organizations.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation and adherence to project standards throughout the implementation process.

Your Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English and German is essential.
  • Proven experience in ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, and ITOM implementation and configuration.
  • Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM).
  • ITIL and ServiceNow certifications are highly valued.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills to effectively convey technical information to clients.
  • A passion for collaborating with medium to large enterprises across diverse industries.
  • Strong analytical capabilities combined with a strategic mindset and a genuine interest in technology.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field is preferred.
