Unser AI Strategy-Team unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Konzeption und Implementierung ihrer Daten- & KI-Strategie. Dabei verfolgen wir stets das Ziel, die volle Ausschöpfung des Potenzials von Daten, Data Science und KI zu ermöglichen. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden nehmen wir unterschiedlichste Arten von strategischen Herausforderungen an, von der initialen Bestimmung des AI-Reifegrades, über die Formulierung der Daten- & KI-Strategie, bis zur Entwicklung und Implementierung neuer Betriebsmodelle

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du wirkst maßgeblich an der Gestaltung des weiteren Auf- und Ausbaus der AI Strategy-Einheit als wichtigen Geschäftsbereich innerhalb unserer Organisation mit
  • Dabei übernimmst du die fachliche Leitung und Koordination des Teams und unterstützt beim weiteren Kompetenzausbau
  • Zudem entwickelst du unser Leistungsportfolios im Bereich KI-Strategie, sowohl im Hinblick auf klassische Beratungsangebote als auch innovative digitale Produkte, kontinuierlich weiter
  • Weiterhin wirkst du aktiv an der Akquise von Strategieprojekten sowie bei der Pflege und dem Ausbau unseres Kunden- und Partnernetzwerks, gemeinsam mit unserem Sales-Team mit
  • Mindestens bis das Team eine entsprechende Größe angenommen hat, bringst du dich zudem operativ und aktiv in unsere Beratungsprojekte ein
  • Dies beinhaltet auch die Planung und Durchführung von Workshops zu Themen wie Daten- & KI-Strategie, KI-Betriebsmodelle, Data Culture, Change Management, AI Project Management, Data Architecture, AI Platforms und Nutzen von KI
  • Zudem trägst du kontinuierlich und gemeinsam mit dem Team proaktiv zur Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Prozesse bei
Dein Profil
  • Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der KI-Strategie-Beratung oder in einer vergleichbaren internen Rolle im Konzernumfeld mit
  • Du verfügst über einschlägige Projektleitungserfahrung im Bereich Daten-, KI- oder Digitalisierungsstrategie und hast in der Vergangenheit idealerweise bereits erfolgreich Teams geleitet
  • Du verfügst über umfangreiche Erfahrungen in der praktischen Anwendung verschiedenster Beratungsmethoden (z.B. Business Model Design und Transformation, Change Management, Prozessdesign)
  • Du besitzt ein umfassendes Verständnis und Interesse an aktuellen Trends in den Bereichen Daten Science, KI oder Digitalisierung, sowie deren strategischen Implikationen
  • Du verfügst über starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift (Deutsch und Englisch)
  • Du hast Freude an gelegentlichen Dienstreisen zu unseren Kunden vor Ort in DE/AT/CH
