About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data and AI Consultant to join our team at zeroG GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and innovation through the application of data-driven insights and AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deep Dive into Aviation Data: You will lead the analysis of complex aviation data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
  • Design AI-Based Solutions: Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and develop innovative AI-based solutions to address them.
  • Project Leadership: Lead projects independently, overseeing all aspects of project delivery, including stakeholder management, team leadership, and coaching.
  • Customer Engagement: Lead customer engagements, ensuring teams deliver on project timelines, communicate resource needs, and mitigate risks.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the development of end-to-end data solutions in collaboration with cross-functional data experts and stakeholders.
  • Technical Expertise: Build complex machine learning, computer vision, or genAI solutions, and work on different aspects of a solution, including architecture, data ingestion, and machine learning.
  • Product Development: Turn data science prototypes into production-ready products with scalable pipelines.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline, such as computer science, mathematics, software engineering, or a related subject.
  • Consulting Experience: Proven consulting experience and a track record of successfully collaborating with clients to solve their business and technical problems.
  • Cloud Experience: Experience working with cloud analytical environments and a solid understanding of cloud solution architecture.
  • Data Integration: Experience in designing and building data integration pipelines.
  • Project Management: Experience in project management, particularly knowledge of agile project setups, such as Kanban, Scrum, or SAFe.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in using one or more programming or scripting languages, especially Python, including commonly used data science libraries, such as scikit-learn, Pandas, Pytorch, and OpenCV.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver results to stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Self-Starter: A strong desire to learn every day and a self-starter mentality.
