Internal Logistics and Warehouse Manager (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für alle logistischen Prozesse am Standort sowie deren kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung
  • Disziplinarische Führung und Kontrolle der Materialwirtschaft
  • Sicherstellung der termingerechten Bearbeitung von Produktionsaufträgen, der effizienten Lagerung des Wareneingangs und des effizienten internen Materialflusses
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben für die Lagerung von Gefahrstoffen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Planung und Produktion sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses zwischen den einzelnen Bereichen
  • Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Kennzahlen (Analyse, Verbesserung, etc.)
  • Coaching und Schulung der Teammitglieder in Bezug auf Fach- und Systemwissen
  • Verantwortung für die Datenqualität und die Einhaltung von Projektplänen und vereinbarten Zeitplänen
  • Weiterentwicklung der Continuous Improvement Strategie innerhalb der Abteilung
  • Selbstständige Weiterentwicklung sowie Standardisierung von internen Prozessen und IT-Systemen

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Studium mit Schwerpunkt Logistik, Supply Chain Management oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik / Supply Chain, in einem internationalen Umfeld, vorzugsweise in der chemischen Industrie
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung eines operativen Logistik-/Lagerkonzeptes
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse auf dem Gebiet der Lagerung und des Umgangs mit Gefahrstoffen
  • Hohe Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • Kenntnisse in SAP (Module WM / MM) und MS Excel
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit
