Strategic Assistant (w/m/d) to Regional Head LCL Europe

Become a part of our international and growing team. As the right hand of our Head of Regional LCL Europe, you will be able to demonstrate your strategic and analytical skills right from the start. With your commitment and know-how, we will work together for our success.

**What you can expect**:

- You work closely together with the Regional Head LCL Europe and support him in all relevant topics regarding business processes, IT, quality, analytics, sales and marketing.
- You support in tasks related to the definition of the LCL strategy including the definition of standards as well as measures to ensure the adherence to global policies.
- You take over projects which are related to the management of European LCL gateways in the areas of business process management, robotics, automation and quality management.
- You assist in the area of product development in topics such as market intelligence, business intelligence, reporting and the collaboration between sales and operations.

**What you bring**:

- You have successfully completed an academic degree in Logistics, Business Engineering, Supply Chain Management or an equivalent education.
- Ideally, you have already gained relevant practical experience in the freight forwarding business.
- You have excellent communication skills and possess an outgoing, supportive and proactive personality in reaching out to others and completing tasks in the timely manner.
- You are an ambitious team player, demonstrate strong hands-on mentality and outstanding analytical skills.
- Last but not least, you are fluent in English, verbally and in writing.
