  • Erster Ansprechpartner für alle Gästebelange in Abwesenheit unserer Geschäftsleitung
  • Verantwortlich für die Sicherheit unserer Gäste und Mitarbeiter im Renaissance Hamburg und Hamburg Marriott Hotel
  • Durchführen von Evakuierungsübungen
  • Sicherstellen der Gästezufriedenheit
  • Beschwerdehandling von Gästen, Firmen und Reisbüros
  • Anreisevorbereitungen unserer VIP – Gäste
  • Verantwortlich für die Kommunikation auf Bewertungsportalen
