Für unseren Standort Düsseldorf und unsere tolle Boutique suchen wir ab sofort zur Unterstützung unseres Boutique Teams eine:n
Boutique Support (m/w/d)
befristet 12 Monate in Teilzeit 32 Stunden-
Ihre Aufgaben:
• Begrüßung der Kunden und Sicherstellung eines Einkaufserlebnisses
• Unterstützung des Verkaufspersonals bei der Produktpräsentation
• Unterstützung der Boutique Administration in allen Bereichen wie Inventurorganisation, Wareneingang etc.
• Vorbereitung des Versandes, inklusive korrektes Verpacken der Produkte
• Koordination von externen Dienstleistungsunternehmen
• Unterstützung im Bereich Visual Merchandising und der Warenpräsentation inklusive Preisauszeichnung
Ihr Qualifikationsprofil:
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem kunden- und/oder serviceorientiertem Umfeld (z.B. Juwelier-Einzelhandel, gehobene Hotellerie etc.)
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind erwünscht
• Belastbarer Teamplayer mit einem sicheren, offenen und angemessenem Auftreten
• Exakte und präzise Arbeitsweise
• Kenntnisse in SAP oder einem ähnlichen Warenwirtschaftsprogramm
