You'll make an impact:
- Shape and develop a strategy for TA Germany's digital communication, online and social media presence, to make it even more attractive and engaging for the relevant target groups.
- Provide conceptual and operational expertise on digital communication and online marketing strategies and drive their implementation in collaboration with TA, the Business, Employer Branding, and Communications for local and global recruiting needs.
- Develop concepts, run and implement targeted recruitment marketing campaigns for specific positions/ramp-up projects focusing on relevant channels, engaging content, and return on investment.
- Analyze internal and external data, statistics and market intelligence and use data and insights to formulate a talent attraction strategy.
- Be a diversity champion and ensure it is reflected and promoted in all activities.
- Education: master's degree in business administration, communication, marketing, public relations, human resources, or a similar field
- Experience:
- Extensive professional experience in communications, recruitment marketing, social media and content marketing, and employer branding, gained in a recruiting, marketing or communication department or a communication/marketing agency.
- Proven track record in running and driving communications, online marketing, and social media strategies, projects, and campaigns.
- Experience with working with international teams combined with confidence in collaborating with global partners on various management levels.
- Skills:
- Partnering, collaborating, orchestrating, and building solid relationships with a variety of stakeholders at various levels
- Analytical, creative, and critical thinking, speaking up and inspiring change.
- Language skills: Fluency in German and English.
