Job Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at ECFR, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's recruitment strategy, ensuring the attraction and acquisition of top talent to drive business success.

Main Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Talent Attraction Strategies: Develop and implement effective recruitment plans to attract high-quality candidates, leveraging various channels and techniques to meet business needs.
  • Hiring Manager Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements, provide guidance on best hiring practices, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Recruitment Process Improvement: Analyze recruitment metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions to optimize the recruitment process.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication, timely updates, and a transparent recruitment process.
  • Onboarding and Integration: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, providing necessary resources and support to ensure a successful transition.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, providing insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic recruitment initiatives.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in talent acquisition and management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with proficiency in another European language an advantage.
