About Our Client

Our client is a leading European Blockchain services company, looking to rapidly expand its services and offerings. To accelerate the ambitious growth plans, I am looking for a Chief Sales Officer (m/f/d) Blockchain B2B, who is both a successful salesperson, yet who also possesses strong managerial skills to boost team performance. The candidate must be based in Europe, ideally in Berlin, Paris, Amsterdam, London, or ready to travel weekly to these regions where the sales team members are located.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the CEO, leading a team of approximately 10 Blockchain representatives and account managersDefining the team's vision & mission, and implement a clear and measurable strategy to achieve itSet clear sales targets & monitor progressProvide ongoing training & guidance to inspire excellenceHelp each consultant develop their customer portfolios, with an equally strong focus on repeat business as well as new businessDevelop and manage an own customer portfolio, leading by exampleThrive when leading important client negotiations The Successful Applicant Sales background in Blockchain industry, with a B2B focus (e.g. selling Blockchain services, alternatively Blockchain products or sponsorships)Strong personal sales track recordManagement experience as a sales manager / sales directorPassion for Blockchain and Web3Fluent English, additional languages are helpfulStrong commercial sense, and ability to work under pressure while remaining positive and spreading good vibes across the teamMust be based in Europe, ideally in Berlin, Paris, Amsterdam, London or be ready to travel regularly to these locations What's on Offer Leadership opportunity that combines active sales with strategic and operational talent development International flairWorking in the rising Blockchain sectorSalary + Bonus
