Als Creative Technologies Lead bist du verantwortlich für die strategische und kreative Führung des Teams. Du kombinierst technische Expertise mit kreativem Blick, um beeindruckende digitale AR & 3D Experiences zu kreieren, die auf die Junge Zielgruppe abzielen.

DEINE VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN Innovative Führung
  • Manage, entwickle, fördere und führe das Creative Technologies Team, um digitale und innovative Projekte umzusetzen.
  • Ständige Weiterentwicklung unserer Creative Technologies Felder (3D & AR).
  • Verstehen und Verfassen von Spezifikationen, die Planung und das Scoping von technischen und kreativen Anforderungen und Zeitplänen, das Briefing von Entwickler- und Kreativteams, Dokumentation, Kampagnenanalyse / Optimierung usw.

Business Development

DEPARTD is an innovative digital agency that specializes in engaging the Gen Z audience through creative and innovative digital campaigns for a variety of AAA brands. We are passionate about what makes the Gen Z generation tick, and in partnership with the largest social media platforms, we utilize all tools to create maximum hype and reach for campaigns.

As Creative Technologies Lead, you will be responsible for the strategic and creative leadership of the team. You will combine technical expertise with a creative eye to create impressive digital AR & 3D experiences aimed at the young target group.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Innovative leadership
  • Manage, develop, promote and lead the Creative Technologies team to realize digital and innovative projects
  • Constantly develop our Creative Technologies fields (3D & AR).
  • Understanding and writing specifications, planning and scoping technical and creative requirements and timelines, briefing development and creative teams, documentation, campaign analysis / optimization etc.
  • Working closely with management.
Business Development
  • Identification and development of new business opportunities (for example: 3D, XR, AI or AdTech)
  • Development and implementation of strategies, prototypes or proof of concepts that are both creative and technological.
Client and partnership management
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and platform partners.
  • You are the creative and technical point of contact and ensure that customer needs are implemented effectively.
Market analysis and innovation
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of new technologies and industry trends.
  • Use these insights to continuously improve and differentiate our offering.
OUR REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in Computer Science, Interactive Media, Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading teams in creative technologies, 3D and AR.
  • Experience and passion for the creative technologies sector, with a focus on 3D and AR.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to lead both creative and technical projects.
  • Strong creative vision combined with technical understanding.
