We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our photo studio as a Creative Visionary. As a key member of our creative leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a creative vision that drives business growth and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and Inspire a team of creatives, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality visual content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, advertising, and production, to develop and execute creative strategies that meet business objectives.
- Develop and Refine creative concepts, working closely with photographers, stylists, and post-production teams to ensure consistency and quality across all visual content.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
- Meet ambitious deadlines, prioritizing creative projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain a culture of creativity and efficiency, supporting and mentoring team members to drive their development and growth.
- Improve processes and workflows, working closely with studio leadership to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive efficiency and productivity.
- Scale creative guidance and processes to meet the needs of a rapidly growing business, ensuring that visual content meets the highest standards of quality and consistency.
- Champion and drive continuous creative improvement efforts, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our visual content remains innovative and engaging.
- 7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a strong background in concept development and visual execution.
- At least 2 years of experience managing teams, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results and driving team growth and development.
- Experience working in international organizations, with a strong understanding of global marketing and advertising strategies.
- Strong portfolio of work, demonstrating expertise in concept development, graphic design, and visual execution.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, with experience developing and executing creative strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness.
- Decisive, assertive, and empathetic, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and motivate people at all levels.
- Expert user of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with a keen eye for detail and a thorough understanding of administrative tasks.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
