Lead Photo Creative Director

About the Role
HelloFresh is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our creative team as a Lead Photo Creative Director. As a key member of our Creative Leadership, you will be responsible for developing and executing photo-first creative concepts that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of creatives to deliver high-quality photo content that meets the company's creative vision.
- Collaborate with Studio Leadership and Producers to develop and execute large-scale marketing and lifestyle productions.
- Develop and maintain a culture of creativity and efficiency within the team, ensuring that all team members are supported and enabled to grow professionally.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders across all international markets and the global organization.
- Meet multiple ambitious deadlines while prioritizing creative projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Improve processes and workflows in collaboration with Studio Leadership to ensure seamless execution of creative projects.
- Scale creative guidance and processes to match the company's evolving business needs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in the creative industry, ideally in full-service creative agencies, with at least 2 years of experience managing teams.
- Experience in international organizations and working on-set with photo production teams.
- Solid background in concept development and graphic design, with a portfolio that showcases your expertise.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing and its application in a business context.
- Decisive, assertive, and empathetic leadership style.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence and motivate people at all levels.
- Keen eye for detail and thorough administrative skills.
- Strong communication skills, especially in spoken and written English.
- Expert user of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with knowledge of other creative tools a plus.
