Your Role

As a Senior Creative Producer at flora&faunavisions, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing remarkable immersive experiences and live entertainment productions. Your collaborative nature and industry expertise will turn visionary concepts into stunning realities, overseeing projects from initial idea to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Spearhead the collaborative planning, execution, and completion of immersive projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints while integrating team insights.
  • Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources, including team members, equipment, and financials, in collaboration with colleagues to guarantee successful project outcomes.
  • Risk Assessment: Proactively identify potential challenges and risks in partnership with the team, developing and implementing strategies to address them for project success.
  • Client Engagement: Maintain active communication with clients alongside your team, providing regular updates, addressing inquiries, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the creative team, including Creative Directors and other professionals, to ensure streamlined workflows and successful project delivery.
  • Logistical Coordination: Manage logistical elements in partnership with peers, including scheduling, contracts, and vendor relationships, to facilitate a smooth production process.
Your Qualifications

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years in creative production, ideally within immersive experiences, live events, or the entertainment sector.
  • Proven track record of managing intricate projects from conception to completion.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and teamwork skills.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and client relationship management abilities.
  • Familiarity with design and production software is preferred.
  • Fluency in German is required, with proficiency in English as an additional asset.
