Innovation & Technology is a division that focuses on creating digital added value for Detlev Louis.

The division identifies opportunities and potential to increase productivity through digitalization.

With clear responsibilities, a high level of networking within the company and the right motivation, the department supports Detlev Louis in enabling and driving digital change.

We are looking for you as an Innovation & Technology Assistant (m/f/d).

Your tasks
  • You are responsible for budget and resource management, as well as license and contract management
  • You will also be responsible for supporting the department with the planning, organization and implementation of travel and projects
  • You coordinate appointments and events and are also responsible for the corresponding preparation and follow-up. You will communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • The monitoring and reporting of operational key figures in relation to service & incident management performance and the purchasing of IT equipment & IT service round off your area of responsibility
Your profile
  • You have completed commercial or technical training and have several years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft O365 environment and common project management tools as well as very good written and spoken German and English skills are required
  • You are characterized by your organizational talent as well as your communication and teamwork skills
  • Your profile is rounded off by your willingness to learn, as well as a high degree of self-management and stress resistance
