Für unseren Solarbereich am Standort Hamburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin in Festanstellung einen Sales Assistant (m/w/d) Solar.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:
Unterstützung und Optimierung der Vertriebsprozesse im Bereich Customer-Relationship-Management (CRM) und E-Commerce-Lösungen
Ansprechperson für unsere B2B-Kundschaft aus den Bereichen des Solargroßhandels, dem Installations
- und dem Projektgeschäft in ganz Europa, im Nahen Osten und in Afrika zu spezifischen Themen
Akquise und Generierung neuer Leads über verschiedene Kanäle und Qualifizierung dieser
Unterstützung beim Abschluss von Geschäften zur Erreichung der Verkaufsziele
Anpassung diverser Vertriebstools wie HubSpot (CRM), PandaDoc (Dokumentenverwaltung), einer E-Commerce-Software und SAP an Bedürfnisse des Teams (z. B. mithilfe von Vorlagen, Playbooks, Sequenzen etc.)
Regelmäßige Abstimmung mit dem Marketingteam und weiteren angrenzenden Abteilungen
Erstellung neuer Deals/Angebote sowie Bestellungen und Vorbereitung des Data-Mappings mit SAP
Nachverfolgung von Debitoren
- und Kreditlinienangelegenheiten, Autorisierung und Zertifizierung mit internen Abteilungen und externen Institutionen (z. B. Handelskammer)
Datenmanagement, -pflege und -analyse sowie Erstellung prozessfähiger Berichte im CRM-System
Gelegentliche Reisen für Messebesuche und persönliche Treffen von Kunden (m/w/d) möglich

**Ihr Profil**:
Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder alternativ abgeschlossene, kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsbereich, idealerweise in der Vertriebsadministration/im Innenvertrieb
Erfahrung im Lead Management und dem Aufbau von Kundenbeziehungen
Fundierte Kenntnisse in gängigen PC-Anwendungen (MS Office, SAP) und idealerweise Erfahrungen mit CRM-Software
Vorzugsweise Grundkenntnisse im PV-Solargeschäft
Sehr gute kommunikative Kompetenz (mündlich und schriftlich) in Deutsch und Englisch
