As a Senior Product Manager you will be responsible for implementing the Product Strategy and executing the tactical plans based on prioritised segments across Europe as the Product Champion of a specific category and towards a dedicated region. This role covers Europe with a focus on Region Central, is located in Mannheim, Germany and integrated in the Business Unit Professional Hygiene.
Your Role- Create a long-term vision for the product & portfolio strategy. Develop and implement strategic and tactical portfolio plans in line with regional and global objectives
- Participate in Innovation projects, develop project briefs and define relevant product claims. Represent the voice of the customer/voice of the region into key projects
- Manage and execute Life Cycle Management, from product launches to end of life
- Contribute to business success by analyzing category P&L and tracking category KPI's. Develop & align pricing principles based on value-based pricing logic
- Capture customer and business insights to create compelling value propositions to help shape the category. Translate profitable growth strategy into concrete product portfolio guidelines and roadmap taking customer needs into consideration
- University degree or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing/Marketing management role
- In-depth functional knowledge in Product/Innovation marketing. Business understanding (B2B/B2C)
- Experienced in effectively engaging cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent written and spoken fluency in English and German
- Travel flexibility (up to 30%)
