We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Campaign Manager to join our Recruitment Marketing team. You'll be supporting a new high-profile global client in advanced manufacturing, and from the outset and will have a significant impact on shaping this partnership's future.

As a Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, strategizing, and activating recruitment marketing campaigns

You'll be working alongside our global Campaign Management team and dedicated Brand team as well as account delivery team. Our collaborative environment ensures mutual support and shared success.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Researching, developing, and activating Business as Usual (BAU) media, Brand and Early Talent Campaigns
  • Scheduling and optimizing media placements
  • Managing campaign and BAU budgets
  • Tracking, measuring, and optimizing campaigns with a focus on ROI
  • Developing and maintaining media supplier relationships
  • Delivering regular campaign reports and commentary
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • You'll bring a proven ability to create and execute recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Have a track record of successful senior stakeholder management.
  • Be able to manage multiple complex projects with agility
  • Knowledge of recruiting across a breadth of industries
  • Experience with paid social ads, programmatic advertising and Google ads would be of benefit
