Marketing Campaign Manager

At PAYBACK GmbH, we are seeking a skilled Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing multi-channel marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceive, plan, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for various PAYBACK partners, primarily in the retail sector.
- Implement customer communication strategies tailored to specific target groups, focusing on print mailings, newsletter campaigns, and onsite & mobile advertising materials.
- Coordinate advertising materials and marketing campaigns with internal departments and external agencies and partners.
- Analyze campaign performance, identifying optimization potential to increase effectiveness.
- Develop sales-supporting documents and present to partners.
Requirements:
- University degree in marketing or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in direct marketing, preferably in the retail sector.
- Project and process management experience, as well as campaign conception and implementation.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Experience in managing agencies and interfaces.
- Familiarity with KPIs, CPO, CPM, and customer journey concepts.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and a strong communicator.
- Organizational skills, creativity, and a structured approach.
- Good command of German and English.
