Ganzheitliche Unterstützung unserer Kund*innen bei ihren transformativen Innovationsprozessen

Chancen Explorieren: Du hilfst unseren Kund:innen ungenutzte Potenziale und neue Märkte zu entdecken und skizzierst wünschbare Zukünfte.

Ideen Validieren: Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit Kund:innen menschenzentrierte Lösungen und minimierst das unternehmerische Risiko durch deinen Lean Ansatz.

Lösungen Kapitalisieren: Du nutzt Deine unternehmerische Brille, entwickelst nachhaltige Geschäftsmodelle und begleitest diese bei der Umsetzung.

Organisationen Entwickeln: Du hilfst unseren Kund:innen, ihre Innovationsfähigkeit auszubauen, indem Du die Kultur, die Fähigkeiten und Strukturen schnell und nachhaltig optimierst.

Flexibles und bedürfnisorientiertes Rollenverständnis: Als Partner für unternehmerische Innovation solltest du entlang der gesamten Wegstrecke flexibel zwischen verschiedenen Rollen wechseln können: Berater, Facilitator, Moderator, Trainer und aktives Teammitglied, um unsere Kund:innen zielgerichtet zu begleiten.Strategische Weiterentwicklung unseres Portfolios: Du trägst dazu bei, unsere Innovationsstrategien und Dienstleistungen basierend auf deiner Expertise weiterzuentwickeln.Moderation und Facilitation: Du konzipierst und leitest Workshops und Trainings im Rahmen des transformativen Innovationsprozesses und fühlst Dich im Umgang mit unseren Kund:innen verschiedener Hierarchie-Ebenen sicher.Selbstständige Kundenakquise und -betreuung (Mid, Senior Level): Du übernimmst das End-to-End Client-Handling von der Akquise bis zum Follow-Up, einschließlich Angebotserstellung, Pitch, Konzeption und Durchführung.Leadership Team (Senior Level): Du hast die Möglichkeit, Teil des Leadership Teams zu werden und trägst somit zur strategischen Ausrichtung von launchlabs bei und förderst eine kreative Arbeitskultur.
