locationsOberkochenFull timeposted onPosted 30+ Days Agojob requisition idJR_1032013Ihre Rollein der ZEISS Sparte SMT sind Sie als (Teil-)Projektleiter für Projekte im Rahmen des globalen FIT4 Programms für den Stream Plan to Produce (P2X) zuständigSie übernehmen die Verantwortung für Analysen und Koordination zur Erarbeitung globaler Prozessen sowie Ableitung der Anforderungen in Abstimmung mit den jeweiligen Fachexpertengemeinsam mit den Business- und IT-Experten der ZEISS Sparte SMT übernehmen Sie die Koordination der globalen Template ProzesseSie definieren Systemanforderungen, prüfen Implementierungsoptionen und behalten den Überblick über die verteilte IT- und ProzessarchitekturSie evaluieren das globale ZEISS Prozess Template und führen dieses im ZEISS Unternehmensbereich SMT ein, Abweichungen werden von Ihnen identifiziert und lokale Anforderungen in das globale Templates integriertdie Projektpläne werden von Ihnen verwaltet, deren Fortschritt überwacht und Sie stellen in Abstimmung mit den Beteiligten die Umsetzung sicherdie Transformationsprozesse werden mit laufenden Projekten im Bereich Operations der ZEISS Sparte SMT durch Sie abgestimmtWirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder verwandten Studiengängeneine 3-5 jährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von (Teil-)Projekten mit Bezug zu Operations ist erforderlichumfangreiche Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, insbesondere SAP/S4 PP und SAP PMvollständiges Verständnis der IT-Architektur mit umfassenden Kenntnissen sowohl der SAP- als auch der Nicht-SAP-Landschaft, wie beispielsweise MESPraxiserfahrung mit globalen ERP-Einführungenumfassende Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement, ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und ein proaktiver AnsatzKompetenz im Umgang mit Stakeholdern, der Reduzierung von Komplexität und dem Mentoringausgeprägte Praxiserfahrung im Change ManagementKommunikationskompetenz auf C-Level in Deutsch und EnglischYour ZEISS Recruiting Team:
