Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Quality & Research, Medical Technology and Consumer Markets.
The OpportunityZEISS aims to standardize and regularize different ERP systems, from numerous companies across the entire Group during the changeover from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA.
The goal is to be as close as possible to the SAP standard and to harmonize processes across all segments and countries wherever it makes sense, focusing around; Efficiency, Effectivity, Speed, Flexibility & Compliance.
The project is as exciting as it is complex. FIT4 is an essential lever in implementing the Company's #agenda25You will be required to analyse business requirements towards the global SAP template, whilst ensuring you support senior hub business experts with the design of required Support senior hub business experts with the design of required end-to-end process adaptations to global template processesDevelop process maps and process models to illustrate adapted business processesSupport the definition and conduction of functional test casesActively contribute to the roll-in of assigned roll-in projects in a region (mainly within a segment, and, if deemed necessary by regional hub-lead, also across SBUs/ segments)Under coordination of the training lead, help with the creation of training material and, if required, end user trainingBasic understanding of one end-to-end business process (Lead-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Engineer-to-Order / Idea-to-Market, Service-to-Customer, Plan-to-Produce, Inbound-to-Outbound, Record-to-Report and specialty areas like Quality Management or Master Data Management)First experience with business requirements analysis and business processes modellingrelevant industry knowledgeExcellent conceptual, results-oriented and communication skillsYour ZEISS Recruiting Team:
