HRS' Product Management department is a critical function in driving the success of the company's Lodging-as-a-Service (LaaS) platform. The department collaborates with cross-functional teams to define the product vision, roadmap, and strategy, and prioritizes features using analytics and data to meet business goals and deliver an exceptional experience for stakeholders.

Product Managers at HRS own the program backlog, define product increments and releases, and are responsible for the product vision, roadmap, pricing, licensing, and ROI. They possess strong business and technical knowledge, as well as excellent communication and prioritization skills.

We are looking for a VP of Product Management TravelTech (all genders) to join the product leadership team. In your proactive nature, you lead the strategic evolution of our e-procurement platform into a top-tier, AI-powered SaaS offering. You manage day-to-day product development and support our global team to deliver highly relevant and high quality user experiences to our demanding customer base. This role sits at the heart of our product leadership team, where you will drive product strategy, development, and market delivery to meet the needs of our multinational client base.

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy for HRS' ProcureTech platform, ensuring it aligns with broader market needs and latest technological advancements.
• Lead the transformation of the platform into an AI-powered automation tool, enhancing digital procurement and supplier engagement for large-scale, global clients.
• Manage the platform's P&L, focusing on strategic growth and operational scalability to achieve significant market penetration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, UX Design, and Technical Architects, to deliver a scalable product that leads the market in innovation.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and customer needs, leveraging this insight to develop unique, differentiating features and functionalities.
• Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement using S.M.A.R.T goals and a Kaizen approach to drive the product roadmap and team development.
• Act as a key spokesperson for the ProcureTech product, representing HRS at industry events and in strategic discussions with partners and clients.

• Extensive experience in product management, specifically in developing and scaling online procurement solutions and SaaS products.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire product teams in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment.
• Strong expertise in data-driven strategy, process automation, and system integration via APIs.
• Excellent public speaking and communication skills, capable of effectively articulating complex ideas and persuading high-level stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of supply chain management, indirect procurement, and ideally, the corporate travel industry.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate and succeed within a matrix organization, driving the completion of major strategic initiatives.
• Excellent leadership and coaching skills to guide and inspire the team to achieve results that exceed what was believed to be possible.
• Proven public speaking skills and the ability to articulate the value proposition of HRS to the market. In other words, be a great storyteller

YOUR CHALLENGES IN THE FIRST 12 MONTHS

• Create the ProcureTech vision and detail the strategic roadmap.
• Lead the product and engineering organization to plan, execute and retrospect the delivery of the roadmap with a focus on customer value and experience, commercial accumen and at minimum waste.
• Establish a product performance metrics framework and related ceremonies.
• Engage with platform partners in successfully integrating the HRS lodging-as-a-service value proposition in their customers' instances.
• Identify and partner with technologically enabling solutions that can differentiate and elevate the user experience leading to daily engagement.
