What we're looking for
As the Business Unit Lead for Events at Milano Vice, you will build up a business line for in-person events & offline presence to a meaningful pillar of Milano Vice overall revenue.
this role addresses every aspect of event management.
You will play a pivotal role in developing event strategies, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring flawless execution of events that align with the brand's vision and objectives.
Tasks1.
Event Planning and Strategy:
How do we make events amazing, big and profitable, in line with our overall brand vision?

Guest Experience:
Make every participant "feel" Milano How do we deliver the most amazing, unforgettable customer experience in an economically sustainable manner?
3.
Event Logistics:
Plan and oversee all logístical aspects of events, including venue selection, setup, catering, transportation, audiovisual requirements, permits, and other operational needs.
4.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness while delivering high-quality experiences.
5.
Event Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to develop event marketing strategies, including online and offline promotion, social media campaigns, and collateral materials.
6.
Team Coordination:
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and external partners, to ensure seamless event execution and timely delivery of all required resources.
7.
Post-Event Evaluation:
Data driven approach to identify measure with best ROI on profitablilty and participant experience.
8.
Health and Safety Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, obtain necessary permits and licenses, and implement risk management protocols.
9.
Trend Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging event technologies, and innovative event concepts to enhance event experiences and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Degree in general management, event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field.
- Track record in responsibility / ownership over events / organizing teams for events with a significant size
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and partners.
- Budget management and negotiation skills to maximize resources and achieve costefficiency.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics, ensuring a visually appealing and memorable event experience.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing circumstances, and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and risk management practices.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed for event execution.
