Milano Vice is looking for a strategic and experienced Brand Marketer to work closely with the Founders and Executive Team.

The role will shape and deliver the business's vision and strategic marketing plans as we expand existing markets and open new locations.

This will be an opportunity to continue building the Milano Vice brand in Germany. The role will play an integral part in leading Milano Vice into its next growth stage.

Tasks

  • Own the mission, strategy, budget, and execution of all marketing initiatives
  • Manage all brand marketing initiatives to ensure consistency across all marketing channels and live cities
  • Responsible for increasing brand awareness and developing brand loyalty
  • Diligently track brand marketing effectiveness based on specific KPIs and quantitative metrics across awareness, loyalty, etc.
  • Launch partnerships with influencers and other third parties to build Milano Vice credibility and appeal throughout Germany
  • Establish processes and measure results to react quickly to opportunities and allow for continuous improvements
  • Grow social media and online follower bases and engagement metrics
  • Work alongside creative and tech teams to develop and test new concepts that will make our marketing more engaging and efficient
  • Analyze results of marketing tests to develop core customer segments as well as related marketing strategy (e.g., channels, copy, creative, etc.)
  • Uncover new growth opportunities (including new platforms, channels, and advertising and integration opportunities) to acquire new and engaged consumers

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience as a Brand Strategist, Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, or other equivalent roles at consumer brands
  • Combination of traditional brand marketing experience and startup experience
  • Experience working with fastgrowing consumer brands and marketing to the consumer
  • Local understanding of the German consumer market and minimum intermediate German skills
  • Knowledge of working with online food delivery platforms in Europe
  • High creative and analytical mind with the ability to make datadriven decisions and establish effective metrics within core brand guidelines, marketing strategy and budget
  • Deep understanding of marketing's relationship to overall financials
  • Customeroriented approach to understanding the psychology of what works and why
  • Ability to speak and write both English and German fluently
