Thematische Schwerpunkte liegen zum einen in den klassischen Bereichen wie dem Customer Experience Management, zum anderen auch in innovativen Themen wie den digitalen Omni-Channel Lösungen oder der Automatisierung mit KI/Bot.

Deine Mission

  • Du verantwortest Anforderungsanalysen und Workshops zur Erstellung technischer Spezifikationen
  • Du berätst unsere Kund:innen bei der Konzeption von Customer Experience Lösungen
  • Du implementierst und integrierst agil in die IT-Umgebung unserer Kund:innen
  • Du verantwortest und definierst die Weiterentwicklung von komplexen, verteilten Systemen in "Private" und "Public" cloudbasierten Omni-Channel Lösungen
  • Du designst und implementierst KI basierte Bots

Dein Skillset

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich, (Wirtschafts-)informatik, Mathematik oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der technischen Beratung, im Design, und der Implementierung von Contact Center (z.B. Genesys, NICE, Talkdesk, ContentGuru, etc.) bzw. Conversational AI Lösungen (z.B. Parloa, Cognigy, Spitch, etc.)
  • Interesse an innovativen Technologien und modernen Beratungsansätzen
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit in der Darstellung komplexer Technologiethemen für unterschiedliche Stakeholder
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Mobilitätsbereitschaft für Kundenprojekte in der DACH-Region
