Expert Technical IT Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical IT Consultant to join our team at Exyte Central Europe GmbH. As a Technical IT Consultant, you will play a key role in improving the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and fostering employee digital dexterity.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and continually refining strategies to drive the adoption and proficiency of our network solutions. This will involve leading efforts to improve DEX by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to streamline digital interactions for employees.
Key Responsibilities- Lead efforts to improve DEX by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to streamline digital interactions for employees
- Plan and execute strategies to drive adoption and proficiency of network applications, leveraging in-application guidance and other resources to facilitate smooth adoption processes
- Develop and implement methodologies to measure digital employee satisfaction, engagement, and productivity after implementation of changes
- Continuously monitor application adoption metrics and employee feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate closely with business and IT colleagues to understand organisational needs and challenges, and collaborate to develop effective adoption strategies
- Promote the importance of digital adoption within the technology organisation and across functional teams
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience in Network and its implementation, experience of configuration management in Network environments
- Proven track record of driving and reporting on Network technology adoption
- Project management skills, including managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM) or Human Change Management (HCM) frameworks
- Good Knowledge of Network technologies, protocols, and architectures, including LAN, WAN, WiFi, firewalls, (e.g., Routing, Switching, Access Points, ExtremeCloud A3) as well as Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions (e.g., Zscaler, Netskope, Palo Alto) and SD-WAN solutions (e.g., CATO, VeloCloud)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Proficiency in English, German language skills preferred
