Head of global Procurement (m/w/d)
Was Sie erwartet:
Fachliche Leitung des Bereiches PAS Purchasing und der Standortverantwortlichen sowie fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Lead Buyers PASEntwicklung und Umsetzung einer globalen EinkaufsstrategieGestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der strategischen und organisatorischen Ausrichtung des PAS PurchasingsDefinition und Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der PAS-Einkaufsziele in Zusammenarbeit mit den EinkaufsstandortverantwortlichenLeitung des Global Sourcing Boards und des Global Sourcing Committee mit Berichtsweg an den Vorstand der PASKontinuierliche und kundenorientierte Prüfung und Analyse der Prozesse sowie Ableitung von MaßnahmenIdentifizierung von Einsparungspotenzialen und Optimierung der Beschaffungsprozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit globalen Standorten, um die Effizienz und Wirtschaftlichkeit zu verbessern.In Eskalationsfällen ist eine Entscheidung und Klärung mit dem Lieferanten herbeizuführenWas Sie mitbringenEigenschaften: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Supply Chain Management oder EinkaufFachkompetenzen:Nachgewiesene Fähigkeiten in der direkten und indirekten Führung und Teamentwicklung eines internationalen EinkaufsteamsAusgeprägte, analytische Fähigkeiten sowie gute Kenntnisse in P&L und ControllingErfahrung mit den relevanten Materialien, Komponenten, Technologien, Produktionsprozessen und Supply-Chain-KonzeptenVerhandlungsgeschick und Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Legal und VertragsmanagementStarke IT- und ERP-Kenntnisse (z.B.
