Notagallery is a modern concept of a gallery founded in in order to explore the space behind the rigid walls of the white cube and to create a vibrant space where artists of all kinds can meet, connect and support each other.

Position Overview:
Notagallery is seeking for a skilled and passionate event manager intern to join our team.

As event manager intern, you will gain hands-on experience in organizing and coordinating captivating art-related events and music sessions for Notagallery.


This internship is Unpaid Availability:
20 hours per week (hybrid) for a duration of 3 monthsResponsibilities:As an Event Manager Intern, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities:

Event Planning:
Collaborate with our team to plan and execute art exhibitions, music sessions, and other events hosted at the gallery

Logistics Coordination:
Assist in logistics, including scheduling, venue setup, and equipment management, to ensure seamless event execution

Marketing and Promotion:
Contribute to the promotion of events through social media, email campaigns, and other marketing Engagement: Welcome and interact with guests during events, ensuring a positive and memorable experience

Support Artists and Musicians:
Provide support to artists and musicians, facilitating their needs during Evaluation: Participate in post-event evaluation to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement

Qualifications:
Enthusiasm for the arts, music, and event organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a creative and proactive mindset.
