Your role


You will be responsible for building and filling our sales funnel from international industrial manufacturing markets. You will lay the foundation for Allex's future success by creating new sales opportunities through your dedicated work and innovative campaigns.


Your tasks are:

  • Qualifying inbound leads coming through all our marketing channels.
  • Continuously working on our outbound campaigns and pipeline including all types of outbound activities in collaboration with the Allex Sales Team
  • Researching and understanding the needs of our prospects and customers and effectively communicating our value proposition
  • Prioritize sales opportunities and mobilize the appropriate internal resources to accelerate our sales cycles
  • Generate insights from direct customer communications and feedback to all other teams with the goal of becoming a better product/company every day
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute the best joint go-to-market strategies


Anforderungen

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Native speaker/fluent in German and English
  • Enjoys connecting with new and known prospects
  • By phone, social media or email
  • Experience in enterprise B2B software/SaaS sales is a strong plus
  • Experience working with SMBs as customers is a plus
  • Ability to engage with customers and prospects at all levels of the organization
  • Willingness to take on the sales pipeline of an early stage tech startup

Deine Rolle



Du bist verantwortlich für den Aufbau und die Befüllung unseres Sales Funnels aus den internationalen Märkten der industriellen Fertigung. Du legst den Grundstein für den zukünftigen Erfolg von Allex, indem Du durch Deine engagierte Arbeit und innovative Kampagnen neue Vertriebschancen erschließt.


Deine Aufgaben sind:

  • Qualifizierung von Inbound-Leads, die über alle unsere Marketingkanäle kommen Kontinuierliche Arbeit an unseren Outbound-Kampagnen und unserer Pipeline einschließlich aller Arten von Outbound-Aktivitäten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Allex Sales Team
  • Recherchieren und Verstehen der Bedürfnisse unserer Interessenten und Kunden und effektive Kommunikation unsere Value Proposition
  • Priorisieren von Verkaufschancen und Mobilisieren der entsprechenden internen Ressourcen, um unsere Sales-Zyklen zu beschleunigen
  • Generieren von Erkenntnissen aus der direkten Kundenkommunikation und Feedback an alle anderen Teams mit dem Ziel, jeden Tag ein besseres Produkt/Unternehmen zu werden
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing, um die besten gemeinsamen Go-to-Market-Strategien zu entwickeln und umzusetzen




Anforderungen


  • Bachelor-Abschluss oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung
  • Starke schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikation
  • Muttersprache/Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Spaß an der Kontaktaufnahme mit neuen und bekannten Interessenten per Telefon, Social Media oder E-Mail
  • Erfahrung im Vertrieb von Enterprise B2B Software/SaaS ist ein großer Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit KMUs als Kunden ist von Vorteil
  • Fähigkeit, mit Kunden und Interessenten auf allen Ebenen des Unternehmens in Kontakt zu treten
  • Bereitschaft, die Vertriebs-Pipeline eines frühen Tech-Startups zu übernehmen
