Aufgabengebiet
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Go-To-Market Strategie: Planung und Durchführung von Markteinführungsaktivitäten für der neue Softwarelösung im Gesundheitswesen.
  • Positionierung und Messaging: Entwicklung und Implementierung von Produktpositionierung, Value Proposition und Kernbotschaften, die die Zielgruppe erreichen und überzeugen.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktentwicklung, Vertrieb und Kundenservice, um eine konsistente Produktkommunikation sicherzustellen.
  • Entwicklung von Marketingmaterialien: Erstellung von Produktbroschüren, Präsentationen, Webinaren und anderen Marketingmaterialien, um die Vertriebs- und Marketinginitiativen zu unterstützen.
  • Erfolgsmessung und Reporting: Überwachung und Analyse von KPIs zur Bewertung der Effektivität von Marketingkampagnen und Anpassung der Strategien basierend auf den Ergebnissen.
Anforderungsprofil
  • Erfahrung: Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Product Marketing, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Go-To-Market Strategien im Softwarebereich.
  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium in Marketing, Betriebswirtschaft, Kommunikation oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Kenntnisse: Fundiertes Wissen in der Softwarebranche, vorzugsweise im Gesundheitswesen, sowie Erfahrung in der Markteinführung neuer Produkte.
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten: Starke Fähigkeit zur Datenanalyse und zur Ableitung von strategischen Maßnahmen.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Hervorragende schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um komplexe Sachverhalte klar und überzeugend darzustellen.
  • Teamfähigkeit: Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams und externen Partnern.
