We are seeking a skilled Marketing Engagement Specialist to join our team at Audible. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in establishing a global onboarding program that meets the needs of various customer segments and delivers increased listening engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support merchandizing activities by creating and scheduling content for our apps and websites.
  • Support product feature launches by managing content and messaging and setting up customer journeys.
  • Plan and request email and push notifications to support marketing strategies.
  • Provide assets, translations, and approvals to the Marketing Operations team to build outbound campaigns.
  • Create and update outbound reports, analyze A/B tests, and provide recommendations.
  • Create test plans with clear hypotheses and guidelines to determine campaign success.
  • Update and maintain roadmap documentation.
  • Ensure all outbound communication aligns with brand guidelines in terms of creative and tone of voice.
  • Report on campaign performance.

Requirements
