Was Sie erwartet:
  • Prozessentwicklung: Entwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessen für die Herstellung von SiC-Wafern, insbesondere im Bereich der Dünnschichtabscheidung
  • Prozessintegration: Integration und Übertragung neuer Prozesse für SiC-Produkte von der Entwicklung bis zur Produktion
  • Equipment Setup: Einrichtung und Inbetriebnahme von Produktionsanlagen zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs
  • Prozessüberwachung: Kontinuierliche Überwachung und Verbesserung der Produktionsprozesse zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Qualität
  • Zusammenarbeit: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams wie Forschung und Entwicklung, Qualitätssicherung und Produktion zur Sicherstellung eines optimalen Prozessflusses
  • Dokumentation: Erstellung und Pflege von Prozessdokumentationen und Arbeitsanweisungen
Was Sie mitbringen:
  • Abgeschlossener Master in Mikroelektronik, Halbleitertechnik oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Halbleiterindustrie, idealerweise im Bereich der SiC-Wafer-Fertigung
  • Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in der Dünnschichtabscheidung und in der Prozessentwicklung für SiC-Produkte
  • Erfahrung in der Einrichtung und Inbetriebnahme von Produktionsanlagen
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur Analyse und Lösung komplexer technischer Probleme.
  • Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen und multidisziplinären Umfeld zu arbeiten
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
