Einleitung

In dieser Rolle unterstützt du unsere Recruiting-Abteilung aktiv im operativen und administrativen Tagesgeschäft. Du bekommst Einblicke in das Recruiting sowie Employer Branding und übernimmst eigenständig Aufgaben.

Aufgaben
  • Du unterstützt das Recruiting-Team im administrativen Tagesgeschäft und im Bewerbermanagement
  • Du terminierst eigenständig Interviews, kommunizierst mit Bewerbern und bist Teil der Gespräche
  • Du schreibst und schaltest Stellenanzeigen und recherchierst Jobportale
  • Du unterstützt im Employer Branding und arbeitest an kleineren Projekten
Qualifikation
  • Du hast bereits ein Bachelor- oder Masterstudium absolviert, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personal und suchst nach einem Einstieg im HR-Bereich
  • Du konntest bereits erste Erfahrungen im Recruiting sammeln oder bist insgesamt stark an dem Bereich interessiert
  • Du beschreibst dich als Organisationstalent und deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert, zuverlässig und selbständig
  • Du bist kommunikativ und sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
