Your mission

We are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Sales / Buisness Development Manager. In your role your directly reporting to the Director Business Development EMEA.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities in the 3D printing industry. The product portfolio of BigRep allows the candidate to sell cutting-edge 3D printing machines, advanced software solutions, high-quality materials, and fantastic customer service products. In addition to direct sales responsibilities, this role will involve building and nurturing an indirect channel network if needed. Fluency in German is preferred. Your profile

Responsibilities include:

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients interested in large format 3D printer solutions through given customer base, online research (social media), industry events and networking; Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads specific to large format 3D printing opportunities.
Cold Calling and Outreach: Initiate outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to introduce our large format 3D printers to potential clients; Effectively communicate the unique benefits and technical capabilities of our large format 3D printing solutions.
Client Relationship Building: Establish and cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers; Understand the unique needs, challenges, and objectives of clients in the region to position our large format 3D printers as solutions that meet their specific requirements.
Sales Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to showcase the advantages of our large format 3D printing technology. Develop customized proposals addressing the specific needs of clients by working hand in hand with our Application Engineering team.
Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and overcome objections to secure agreements and close deals. Exceed sales targets through persistence, strategic selling, and relationship building.
Indirect Channel Development: Evaluate the market for the feasibility of establishing an indirect channel for large format 3D printers. Identify and recruit potential channel partners, such as sales agents and integrators, to expand market reach. Provide training, support, and ongoing communication to nurture and grow the market share.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to enhance our large format 3D printing offerings and strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
+3 years of successful sales experience in high CAPEX equipement with a documented history of achieving and exceeding targets
Strong ability to prospect, identify, and close new business opportunities
Knowledge of selling via financing models like leasing, rental, PPU, PPS is a plus
Experience in building and managing a channel network
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Results-driven with a focus on exceeding sales targets
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Knowledge of the Central and Eastern European market dynamics
Language: professional level German and English
