We at Complori have developed a hybrid learning platform to teach kids skills like coding, critical thinking, collaboration and technology literacy.
Backed by leading European VCs Speedinvest, Educapital and Sparkmind, we are looking for a **Head of Marketing** to lead our user growth initiatives to the next level and make Complori the global name for kids digital upskilling.
- Working as an entrepreneur marketer in a fast-paced VC environment

- Setting up a team and executing growth initiatives
**Your mission at Complori**:
- ** Team setup & leading**: You build and steer a team of marketers, designers, and performance marketers to ramp up our growth trajectory
- ** Generating growth**: It is your main responsibility to grow our user base (30% MoM) and ensure all relevant marketing channels are set up and steered
- ** Elaboration & Implementation of Growth Strategy**: In line with Complori's growth objectives, you develop the marketing strategy and plan, actively participating with your team in the execution of various online and offline initiatives
- ** Data-Driven Approach**: Utilizing data-driven methods, analysis, and measurements, you enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our marketing activities.
- ** Brand Building**: Make Complori the destination for 21st century skills and steer all brand building channels and initiatives incl. PR, content marketing and offline
- ** Setting clear objectives and KPIs**: You establish clear targets and KPIs, ensuring your team constantly improves effectiveness and works towards a unified goal

- You have an absolute growth mindset and feel comfortable in a VC backed hyper growth environment
- You have a Marketing or Business degree, possess a minimum of 7+ years of relevant marketing experience and significant experience marketing to the German market
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset, enjoy getting your hands dirty while keeping an oversight on the growth trajectory
- You enjoy testing new channels and iteratively finding the best channels for growth through rapid experimentation
- You enjoy working in a dynamic team of passionate EdTech Entrepreneurs
- Nice to have: Experience in the Edtech and subscription business model business
- Very good knowledge of German and English (C2 level German skills are mandatory due to the German copies you work with)

- Based on the position we would love for you to **complete a short homework**. This could be a coding challenge, a design task or a case study.
