Territory Sales Manager

- Aufbau und Pflege von langfristigen Kundenbeziehungen mit Kliniken, Krankenhäusern und medizinischen Fachkräften im Bereich der Kardiologie und Endovaskulärmedizin.
- Proaktive Identifizierung und Akquisition neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zur Steigerung des Marktanteils.
- Präsentation und Demonstration der Produkte unseres Kunden vor medizinischen Fachkräften und Entscheidungsträgern.
- Durchführung von Marktanalysen und Wettbewerbsbeobachtungen zur Identifikation von Trends und Potenzialen.
- Erstellung und Umsetzung von Verkaufsstrategien und -plänen zur Erreichung der Vertriebsziele.
- Teilnahme an Messen, Kongressen und anderen Veranstaltungen zur Förderung des Netzwerks und zur Steigerung der Markenbekanntheit.
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing- und Produktmanagementteam zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Vertriebs- und Produktstrategien.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Naturwissenschaften, Medizintechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Erfahrung im Vertrieb von Medizinprodukten, vorzugsweise im klinischen Vertrieb
- Nachgewiesene Erfolge in der Neukundengewinnung und im Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen.
- Ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken und Hunter-Mentalität.
- Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
- Selbstständige, zielorientierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise.
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb des Vertriebsgebietes.
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
