Die Abteilung „Site Security Management“ ist ein Teilbereich des Security Management und ist für die Gefahrenabwehr an unserem Konzernhauptsitz in Mainz zuständig. Sie möchten einen detaillierten Einblick in die Sicherheitsorganisation eines internationalen Technologiekonzerns erlangen und suchen ein spannendes, abwechslungsreiches Aufgabengebiet mit einem hohen eigenverantwortlichen Anteil?

Zur Unterstützung dieser Abteilung vergeben wir für das "Site Security Management" zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für 3 bis 6 Monate ein Praktikum.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung von operativen Prozessen im Bereich Site Security Management
  • Überarbeitung und Aktualisierung der Dokumentenlandschaft
  • Kennenlernen der Struktur des Security Management und ggf. Mitwirkung bei abteilungsübergreifenden Projekten (z.B. im Bereich Notfallmanagement)
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Schutzbedarfsanalysen für den Standort Mainz
  • Eigenständige Erstellung von relevanten Schulungsunterlagen
  • Unterstützung des Site Security Manager bei Sondertätigkeiten
Ihr Profil
  • Student*in eines Bachelor- oder Masterstudiums
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung im Site Security Management (im behördlichen oder unternehmerischen Bereich) wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen zur strukturierten und organisierten Problemlösung
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortlichkeit in der Arbeitsweise
