Construction Security Specialist

Job Summary:
M.C. Dean is seeking a highly skilled Construction Security Specialist to join our team. As a Construction Security Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform technical inspections of individuals and vehicles seeking access to the site to ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Conduct random inspections of site areas to detect and prevent potential security breaches.
- Assist with the material inspection at the Secure Storage Areas and escort inspected materials to the Secure Construction Site as required.
- Report incidents at assigned posts or activity to the assigned CST Team Lead.
- Attend daily coordination meetings with the assigned CST team.
Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or GED coupled with a minimum of six (6) years in construction security, physical security, industrial or government security required.
- Top Secret clearance required.
Desired Skills:
- Previous CST experience at overseas or domestic project sites preferred.
Abilities:
- Lifts at least 100 pounds at one time and 60 pounds for an extended period of time.
- Works at various heights up to 60 feet and can climb and maintain balance on scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks and all types of ladders.
- Possess good vision, the ability to see in color, and the ability to hear and communicate in English.
